Privacy policy
YGCPL Bazaar (www.ygcpl.com) is a small marketplace run by Arslan, where local sellers list home-made food, products and services and buyers order or book on WhatsApp. This page says what we keep about you, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
What we keep
- Orders: when you tap “Order on WhatsApp” or “Book on WhatsApp” we record the item, price, time and an order number. If you add your mobile number for points, we keep it with the order.
- Ratings: the stars and words you give a seller after an order.
- Messages to and from our WhatsApp number: your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name, the messages you send us and our replies, so we can answer, set up seller accounts, handle complaints and understand what customers need and how they feel about the service. We keep the text for up to 12 months, then delete it. We never keep passwords or login details, we hide long digit runs such as phone and card numbers, and we keep pictures, voice notes and shared locations only as a note that you sent one, not the file or the place.
- Seller invitations: if you gave us your business name and mobile number and agreed to hear from us, we may keep them to open a free seller account for you and invite you once on WhatsApp. If you reply NO or STOP the account is removed and we do not message you again.
- Problem reports (refunds, rejected deliveries, quality, rider charges): when a buyer or seller reports a problem with an order we keep the report, both sides’ answers, any photos you send as evidence (kept privately, seen only by our team), the decision and any payments agreed. An AI service reads the text and photos to sort the report and write a summary for our team; it does not make the decision. A person decides unless both sides agree to a small, clear fix. Reports are kept for as long as needed to handle disputes and can be deleted on request (send DELETE on WhatsApp and our team will handle it).
- Sellers: name, WhatsApp number, login, plan, items and photos you add, and your orders and sales figures.
- Cookies: to keep sellers and the admin logged in, to remember your text size and light/dark choice on your own phone, and, on the shop pages, a random code for your device and the link you arrived from, so we can count visits, see which buttons are tapped, how long a visit lasts (a second random code lasts 30 minutes), and which of our own posters, messages and links bring orders. We do not record your IP address, and visits from people who set “Do Not Track” are not counted. These never contain your name or number. No advertising cookies and nothing is shared with advertisers.
How we use it
- To pass your order to the seller, give and redeem points, and show honest ratings.
- To reply to you on WhatsApp, send sellers their login, and tell sellers when their items or offers are approved or need a change.
- We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. We only send WhatsApp messages you asked for or that are about your own account or orders.
Who else sees it
- The seller of the item you order, so they can reply to you.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages; their own privacy policy applies to that.
- Our web host stores the website and its data.
Deleting your data
Send “Delete my data” from your WhatsApp number to +92 334 8488857. We remove the messages we kept from you at once and your number and account within 7 days, and confirm on WhatsApp. Order totals may be kept without your number for sellers’ sales records. Send “STOP” at any time to stop messages from us.
